Weekly teen leadership group (Tuesdays from 5-7pm) – we’re welcoming new participants

We build leadership of teens with life experience in the sex trades and the streets thru our weekly group. We share ideas & experiences and work on projects together. We also work to involve teens who aren’t able to attend the group when they are placed out of county or in treatment centers.

Here’s a flyer to give to youth.

Take a look at our advice here from teens on how to bring up the group idea.

Our referral form can be found here.

Real Talk and Sharing Real Life Skills and Knowledge (Fridays from 7-8:30pm) – only open to girls currently detained by Milwaukee County Youth Detention

We facilitate a weekly group each Friday for girls held in secure detention at the Milwaukee County Youth Detention Center. Girls choose the topics, create the questions to shape our discussion and co-lead activities.

Workshops for teens in the community – ask us if we can come to your program

We lead interactive workshops in the community at group homes, youth programs, schools, and events for teens. We share info on youth rights, healing options and real conversations on the sex trades and realities of the streets.

System change – ongoing

We work together with teens to assess how different systems impact teens with life experience in the sex trades and the streets, identify ways systems can improve their response and make sure teens most directly impacted are heard.
